Shipping

The Maryland Acupuncture Society, Inc. Store normally ships seminar recordings to the United States only.  We can ship to 51 other countries who accept global priority mail for an extra shipping fee. See the table at the end of this page for the countries we will ship to.

MAS uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail Class within the United States and Global Priority Mail to Other countries to ship our CD recordings. Tracking numbers are provided for United States Shipments of CD recordings only.

Delivery Time

When you place an order, the time to process the order may vary from one day to about a week depending on the volume of orders received. Once Shipped, priority mail packages will usually arrive within 3 business days (including Saturday) to destinations in the United States. You will receive an email when your package is shipped for CD recording orders, and when your registration is processed for seminars. You may check the status of your order by visiting the MAS store website and logging into your account.

Calculating Cost

Shipping costs for orders from the MAS store depend upon the product you choose and the number of items in one order.

For membership in the society, there is no shipping charge for the membership packet or membership card for renewal members which will be shipped by USPS first class mail. For seminars, confirmation will be by email, and a CEU certificate will be sent by first class mail at no shipping charge after the seminar if the attendee completes the attendance verification at the seminar.

For CD recordings shipped to the united states, the shipping and handling charge is $12 for one recording, $18 for two recordings in the same order and $24 for 3 recordings in the same order. Sales Tax will be charged for CD recordings shipped to locations in the state of Maryland.

Returns

You may return unopened CD recordings within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The MAS will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Items that are opened or returned more than 30 days after delivery will receive a partial refund.

Partial Refunds

Partial Refunds will be issued for the following items:

• CD recordings that are returned more than 30 days after delivery.
• CD recordings that have obvious signs of use.
• Any CD recording that has been opened/taken out of its case. (If you discover that the item is defective after the package is opened, a full refund or replacement will still be granted.)
• Any item not returned in the condition it was received.
• cancellation of a seminar registration 30 days before the seminar date will result in a 75% refund.
